Chicken Cordon Bleu & Rice Pilaf

Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken breast pounded to 1/4" thick
1 slice ham
1 slice swiss cheese

Roll up and attached with toothpick

Mix 1 cup milk and 2 eggs into bowl and dip chicken to moisten
Then roll in Shake-n-Bake (parmesan flavored) mixed with breadcrumbs

Bake 400 (20-30 min)

sue, this dinner was amazing! what an awesome feast for us to eat in our new kitchen! we all LOVED and were very impressed by the chicken, and the girls couldn't get enough of the rice pilaf, couldn't wait to eat the leftovers the next day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sue!!! This dinner was so good!!! I can't remember why, but we didn't eat ours on friday. We saved it for Sunday dinner. It was so good!!! And the rice was so yummy too, my kids also couldn't get enough of it. Thank You so much!!! I vote this one as a repeat for sure!!! (It's probably way hard, but if possible-repeat this one!!!)
