Holiday Potatoes / Broccoli & Ham

Boil 6 large potatoes, cool and grate
Place potatoes in large casserole dish. (I use frozen shredded hashbrowns)

1/4 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup green onions
2 cups cheese

Mix together and pour over grated potatoes
Top with about 2 cups crushed buttered corn flakes

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through

I SO love your holiday potatoes. And the rest of my family LOVES getting HAM! Every last one of them...even little Odie. Poor deprived children! Thanks, Sue, it was wonderful.

The meal was awesome. We had enough for 3 meals, which was great because they are sooooo yummy. For next time, just a square pan for the Moser Clan.

These potatoes are so good!! It was a great meal!! We had tons of potatoes left over, but ate all of it up later. Probably an 8" square dish would work for us as well, so you don't have to work so hard. That's a lot of potato peeling!! Thanks, your awesome!
